An entrepreneur with a heart for helping others, Jason is highly engaged with his church and multiple charitable organizations, including iServe Ministries and Compassion International. Through his connection to community, Jason has sponsored child development centers in the Philippines and brought his infectious passion for community to the culture of Trextel, where employees regularly engage in volunteer drives and a wide range of community outreach programs.
Jason received a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. He currently resides in Northeast Atlanta, GA with his wife Becky and their three sons.
Chris has been an investor and strategic partner for Trextel since its founding in 2008. He brings over 20 years of executive experience to our management team. Chris has served as a senior executive of two multiple growth companies where he led GTM, sales, marketing, and product direction.
Chris is active in several charitable and mission-based organizations across the southeast. Chris is married with three children and currently lives in Roswell, GA.
Before joining Trextel, Joe held key positions at industry-leading organizations such as Stratix Corporation, Cbeyond, Goldman Sachs, and Harris Corporation. During his tenure at Stratix Corporation, Joe spearheaded the growth of the mobile operations organization, achieving a remarkable revenue growth rate of over 400% in just five years. Moreover, under his leadership, the company consistently attained industry-leading Net Promoter Scores (NPS), highlighting his unwavering commitment to exceptional customer satisfaction.
Joe's unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction is deeply ingrained in his DNA, as is his ability to motivate and foster the professional development of those around him. He embraces a disciplined approach, emphasizing the importance of people, process, and product as the three pillars of his blueprint for success. By cultivating a culture focused on these core principles, Joe ensures that Trextel remains at the forefront of innovation and maintains its position as the ultimate solution provider for our customers.
Joe loves to focus as much of his personal time as he can to his Family first, and then to baseball. Often, being able to combine the two as they love traveling with him for the many competitive men’s baseball tournaments he plays in both locally, and throughout the country.
In his current role, Chris serves as the Chief Information Officer, leading the Engineering, IT and Product teams and is responsible for driving the success of critical projects across the company.
With over 25 years of experience spanning various industries, Chris is a highly competent and talented technical executive. He is renowned for his ability to enhance business functionality by implementing efficient procedures and processes with solutions drawing on multiple core competencies.
Throughout his career, Chris has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, enterprise system planning, disaster recovery, change management, IT migrations and integrations, performance evaluation, and compliance assurance. His deep understanding of these areas has consistently contributed to the success of the organizations he has worked with.
One notable achievement is Chris's instrumental role in conceptualizing, designing, developing, and instantiating, Intellitrex, Trextel's connectivity business intelligence platform. His innovative technological skills have been pivotal in ensuring the platform's effectiveness and efficiency, driving its growth, and enabling seamless operations.
Overall, Chris Garrett is a visionary leader and technologist, consistently leveraging his vast knowledge and expertise to deliver outstanding results and drive business success.
Shortly after Trextel was founded 2008, Craig joined Trextel in 2009 and quickly began implementing a sales strategy to accelerate growth. After graduating from the University of Georgia in 1995, he spent 14 years with another local Atlanta IT firm as one of their top sales leaders.
Craig and his wife, Julie, live in Johns Creek, GA with their two children (James & Grace). The Henrys are active members of Perimeter Church and the Atlanta Athletic Club in Johns Creek.
With over 15 years of expertise in customer experience and customer success, Alicia has been instrumental in helping leading brands enhance their customer journey by prioritizing people, products, processes, and technology. Her strategic approach involves understanding customers' needs, setting key performance objectives, and implementing action plans to drive continuous improvement. Throughout her career, Alicia has gained extensive industry experience across various sectors, including Retail, Restaurant/QSR, Grocery, Auto Service, Communication Technology, Financial, and Market Research. Her diverse background enables her to bring a wealth of knowledge and best practices to her role at Trextel.
Alicia is a proud graduate of the University of Alabama, where she embraces the spirit of "Roll Tide!" Beyond her professional pursuits, she actively engages with charitable organizations, demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact in the community. Alicia resides in Georgia with her husband and son, and she embodies the personal motto of "encourage one another and build each other up," fostering a culture of support and growth within the organization.
Randy graduated with an MBA from Northeast Louisiana University (ULM, today) a few months after he and his wife Lisa married in 1996. He was born in Shreveport, LA where he returned with Lisa after their first child was born in 1999. They reside there still, along with Layla, their youngest of three daughters. The whole family is active in church and various other activities (Lisa loves to dance; Layla is a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do). Randy teaches and trains Brazilian Jiu-jitsu five days/week and enjoys the rest of his non-working time simply being with family.
Valerie's proven leadership in executing and implementing employee engagement tools, onboarding processes, benefits, compensation policies and processes has driven a positive culture shift at Trextel.
