INSIDE SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
The Inside Sales Account Executive will assist the Channel Sales Director in expanding sales with defined accounts and AT&T account teams so that revenue and profit objectives are met. The job includes working with the Channel Sales Director on projects that may grow in scope to above $250,000 in annual revenues.
The Project Coordinator will work at the direction of the Program Manager to assist the Client Services team on customer deployments, including recruiting and selecting technicians, scheduling work, and submitting staging requests. Works with the Project Manager and Support Center to effectively manage the planning and implementation of multi-technology solutions for our customers. This position assists the Project Manager in managing the project plan, including development/delivery schedule. Accountable for meeting project schedules and costs to insure that scope of project has been met. Ensures that approved methods, processes and tools are consistently used. Customer-facing interaction may be required (phone calls, emails, etc.).
The Project Manager will manage multi-technology installation projects to service a national footprint of multi-site customers. Work closely with the Program Manager to ensure project success and with other project support staff to execute the project plan for all customers, and ensure post-installation activities are completed in a timely manner.
PART TIME – TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
The Technical Support Specialist will configure and stage customer equipment in preparation for deployment while also providing Tier 1 help desk support for Customers and working with Network Monitoring System (NMS) tickets. They will also be required to answer moderate to heavy volume of incoming calls to check field technicians in/out of project worksites. This individual will work with the client services team to ensure devices and configured and ready for shipment to meet customer requirements.
PART TIME – SUPPORT SPECIALIST
The Support Specialist will work at the direction of the Program Manager to assist the Client Services team with documenting project costs, billing, customer deployments, scheduling work and submitting staging request as needed. These functions will assist the overall project team to plan and implement telecommunications / voice / data solutions for the organization’s partners and customers.
